Our Hiring Services to Employers

We patiently assess the goal of companies and their demands. Whether the employers are looking for part-time or full-time, permanent or seasonal employees, we can address their needs.

We actively examine candidates through our vast networks and connections. We handpick the most competent applicants for available positions after our precise evaluation and in-person interview. Besides Canadian and permanent residents, we offer employers to hire foreign workers who have Canadian experiences.

Hence, we assess the eligibility of businesses to hire Temporary Foreign Workers (TFW). If the businesses are eligible, we offer a pathway to hire a TFW.

We explore our potential candidates from:

  • Foreign national students, currently residing in Canada;
  • Foreign Temporary Workers, currently residing in Canada;
  • Visitors who are in Canada or can travel for a possible interview.

Employers’ time is precious; therefore, our team and partners are doing all the legal and immigration work to save employers’ time.

Frequently asked question for employers

  • When employers decide to hire non-Canadians or permanent residences, they need to apply and receive a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) through Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). We represent businesses to receive unnamed positive LMIA, which is valid for six months. Hence, employers have a six-month window to hire their workers for at least a 24-month work contract.

  • TFWs will never quit their job and exclusively work for one employer due to the type of work permit they obtained;
    When employers hire TFWs, they usually pay government-approved wages, which are lower than regular wages.

  • Prospective employees are usually ready to work for you within 2 weeks to 2 months;

  • The employers’ obligations and commitments are the same when hiring Canadians, permanent residents, and TFWs.

  • It is always possible to lay off TFWs. However, the employers should notify us to change employees’ status to a visitor.
